  • I ensure the cleanliness of the workstation (environment, machines, equipment, tools, etc.).

“I like the possibility of following a project from the drawing up of specifications to its assembly, including the production of prototypes in order to validate technical solutions.”

  • I draw up the specifications, carry out the design study, send out the consultation to our subcontractors, follow the manufacturing process, assemble our designs and validate their correct operation.
  • I design products in line with customer specifications.
  • I draw the cutting tools, I draw the spot wheels according to the design.
  • I design the lens masks for the contact and bonding sides of products according to the process established by the methods office (double or single exposure, design magnification and shrinkage).
  • I monitor the plant’s tooling, which requires preventive maintenance (chord boxes, punch pliers, cutting tools).
  • I get the best quotes and make sure that the proposed solutions are both effective and economical.

  • I register products and store them.
  • I manage the supply of stock by controlling incoming and outgoing flows, while ensuring the continuity of production by setting up a safety stock.
  • I deliver the raw materials and consumables required by the line pilots, in compliance with priority orders, constraints and product specifications.
  • I tidy and clean the store on a regular basis to ensure 5S.

  • I regularly maintain and sharpen high-precision tools.
  • I inspect the tools to identify and correct any defects.
  • I prepare and mount tools on the machines (Press, DCC, Shears, etc.).
  • I check alignment and correct assembly before production.
  • I test and validate the correct operation of the tools.
  • I adjust the settings to ensure the quality of the parts produced.
  • I read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications.
  • I transpose information from drawings into precise machine settings.
